Regular Mail-Order

If you would like to buy a book by mail, please print out this form, legibly fill it in and mail your money order or cashier's check to the address shown on the form. No personal checks please!

Order by Phone

Ordering Information

You support us directly when ordering through mail, phone or fax.

Each book is list price, plus shipping. U.S. orders (up to 10 books) are shipped Priority Mail. Shipping by ground for orders of 11 books or more. Books are mailed in Priority Mail packaging.

We also offer flat-rate shipping to selected countries. Shipping charge is based on number of books ordered (up to 10).

All book orders placed through mail, phone or fax are fulfilled in 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

If you read the book and discover you do not wish to be bound by the Disclaimer, you may return it to the publisher for a full refund of your purchase price (a copy of the receipt is required for refunds). We do not refund your shipping costs.
