Information Collection and Use
The Newsletter
Signing up for the newsletter requires your e-mail address only. Webmasters.com (our Web-host) collects this information in a database for us. We access the list of e-mail addresses when sending out newsletters. Newsletters are currently in a really pretty HTML format and often contains Web links. Each newsletter contains an opt-out option, or you can opt-out by sending a message and your e-mail address to:

Contact Form
The contact form does not collect any more information from you than sending an e-mail through your own e-mail client. We do ask a question important to our marketing efforts, but this question is optional.
The contact form is sent through a generic e-mail address, where the message is then forwarded to the appropriate person. Part of the reason for this is to frustrate spambots. The other reason is that we have not yet implemented a contact form that will mail different addresses depending on your needs. We’re not yet that sophisticated.
The form is merely for convenience. E-mails through the form will not be answered any more swiftly than e-mails through your own e-mail client. This is also an effect to make contact more accessible since not everyone has access to their e-mail client while browsing the site.
Though IP addresses are collected from the form (in case we have to block an IP address for spam or harassment), no other information is collected other than what you put into the form.
Ordering Online, By Mail, Phone or Fax (for consumers)
When ordering, you must trust us, our fulfillment center (QuickPick Distribution) and/or CCNow with a certain amount of personal information. We will need contact information (such as name, mailing address and phone number) as well as financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). If you do not wish to order with a credit card, then please order by mail. Mail orders require the same basic contact information, along with a money order or cashier’s check (no personal checks). We, our fulfillment center and/or CCNow use this information for billing and order-fulfillment purposes. If there is an issue with your order we will use this information to contact you. We and our fulfillment center save this information for inventory and accounting purposes. We and our fulfillment center do not share your ordering information in any way with anyone. Nor will you be contacted once your order is fulfilled.
If you’re concerned about your personal ordering information being recorded in some way, we suggest ordering by mail using a money order (signed in a name other than your own), with only a shipping address listed. This address does not have to be yours but obviously you must be able to receive mail at that address in whatever name you send us. Of course, using shipping information that is not your own and declining to include other contact information means that it will be difficult for us to refund your money or track you down if an issue with the order arises. This is your choice.
Ordering Through Stores
Whether an online or real-world store, we have no control over how any store handles your information or order. While we make an effort to work only with reputable sellers, glitches may happen in the process. We have no control over these things and if you have any issues with a seller (besides Golden Girl Press, LLC, QuickPick Distribution and/or CCNow), then please contact their customer service department. As is true of most Web sites, our server gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files. This information includes IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), operating system, date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and clickstream data.
