If you’re unused to this method of writing e-mail addresses, here’s how to use: copy and paste the entire address into your e-mail program of choice, Notepad or Word. Delete all spaces, brackets and capital letters. Insert an ampersand where the “AT” is and a period where the “DOT” is. (Then, if neccessary, re-copy the address into your e-mail program.) Write your message and send. It should get where you want it to go.
